Our recruitment agency is looking for skilled professional, a SAP SD Consulting Specialist (German Speaker), to be part of a cutting-edge tech division entering the Romanian IT market. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on sustainable solutions and impactful customer experiences.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and experienced team that oversees the B2B processes in SAP Retail, with your role focusing on the stationary sales channels within Germany.

Your responsibilities will span from order creation to the generation of delivery documents and integration with the warehouse system, for both regular and return deliveries. Within the team, each person acts as a technical expert and coordinator for a specific sales unit. 

You’ll take ownership of processes related to the German shop-based retail business, translating business needs into efficient SAP solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing technical and business projects as a sub-project or project manager
• Coordinating and consulting with business departments regarding B2B processes
• Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions for B2B sales processes
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and documenting solution designs and business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration (Business and IT)
• Providing training and support to end-users
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Staying up-to-date on SAP developments and best practices

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on B2B sales processes
• Proven experience in implementing SAP SD or SAP Retail, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
• Project management expertise (classic and agile) and familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and ABAP O/O to understand and debug reports
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI development
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration scenarios
• Familiarity with API management and integration
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Understanding of international B2B sales processes and requirements
• Excellent German language skills are a prerequisite
• Good English language skills are an advantage
