Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the financial and accounting activities, including related areas such as HR, taxes, and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate the finance department's operations and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments.
  • Manage cash flow and provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Participate in, coordinate, and supervise month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial and management reporting, in line with both group and local statutory requirements.
  • Oversee and contribute to standard reporting and control activities, including monthly reporting, balance sheet reviews, tax return preparation, audit processes, and stakeholder communication.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls to align with best practices.
  • Drive the business planning process, oversee budget management, and ensure regular forecasting to meet financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant entities, providing timely and precise information.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies and contribute to key decision-making processes.
  • Assist management with financial analysis, tracking, and any additional informational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with new regulations (tax, customs, etc.) by implementing appropriate tools and processes.


Your Profile:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a financial management role.
  • Significant Production Environment Expertise: must have solid accounting experience specifically within production companies, showcasing the ability to manage financial operations tied to manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in business planning, forecasting, and strategy development is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written - is a must.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
