Main responsibilities
- Analyze customer and onsite data using SQL and Python to optimize marketing
campaigns and operational decisions. - Design, expand, and optimize Data Science use cases such as next best offer, A/B
testing strategies, and customer journey analytics. - Develop and deliver self-service BI solutions tailored to webshop analytics and
customer segmentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business questions with data-driven
answers. - Ensure scalable, reliable, and interpretable models using best practices and modern tools.
Your profile
- At least 2+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles.
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is essential, with a focus on omnichannel marketing (including display, Google Ads, and social media marketing)
- Advanced SQL programming is mandatory.
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Strong knowledge in building forecasting models using machine learning and
statistical methods. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong background in online marketing data analysis and onsite tracking (e.g.,
Google Analytics, GA4). - Agile mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
- Passion for working with people and communicating data insights effectively.
- Curiosity for new technologies and eagerness to experiment.
- Confident communication skills in English.
